Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account — your email address, used for sign-in (magic link).
• Wardrobe — photos of your clothing you upload, the processed cut-out images we create from them, and the attributes derived from them (category, colour, fabric, etc.).
• Style inputs — your written style description and any inspiration images you upload or import.
• Usage — outfits you generate or save, and basic records of AI operations (for limits and cost).
• Billing — your subscription status and top-up records (no card details are stored by us).

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the service to you: to store and display your wardrobe, generate and visualise outfits, build your style summary, and operate your account and subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not pool one person's content with another's.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors that handle data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google (Gemini API) — AI processing of your images and text to tag items, extract palettes, write your style summary, and generate/visualise outfits. This is inference only; on our paid API tier your content is not used to train Google's models.
• Pinterest — only if you connect it. See below.
• Paddle — our payment provider and merchant of record, where paid plans are enabled. Paddle handles checkout, billing, and sales-tax/VAT; payment-card details are entered with Paddle and not stored by us.

Pinterest (optional)

If you choose to connect Pinterest, we access only the boards and pins needed to let you select inspiration images, using the permissions you grant. Images you import are copied into your private storage to build your style summary. We use this data only for your own experience. If you disconnect your Pinterest account, or a pin is removed on Pinterest, we delete the corresponding copies we hold. You can disconnect at any time from your profile.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can remove wardrobe items, inspiration images, and connected accounts at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@adorned.app. Disconnecting Pinterest purges the images imported from it.

Security

Data is stored with access controls so that each account can only access its own content, and is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them. Adorned is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
