Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Adorned. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Adorned helps you catalogue your wardrobe and generate outfit suggestions using AI. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13).
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to create cut-outs, tag items, and generate outfits). You confirm you have the right to use any images you upload or import.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate any third-party platform's terms (including Pinterest's) when connecting an account.
AI suggestions
Outfit suggestions, tags, and generated images are produced by AI and are provided as helpful suggestions, not professional advice or guarantees of accuracy. Use your own judgement.
Third-party services
The app integrates third-party services (such as Pinterest and AI providers). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and we're not responsible for them.
Plans & payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and what's included are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle handles the transaction and is the seller of record for your purchase, so your payment is also subject to Paddle's terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Adorned and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Questions: info@adorned.app.
